Steve--notice on John's guitar how the shades of rosewood match so well. Even though different species, they are both quite dark, and so look appropriate together. At least that's how it looks to me from the pic... John, is that picture fairly accurate? |

yep it is pretty darn close. The back is not as dark as i the pic, but pretty close. A VERY dark set of indian... ![]() |

Even on an IRW guitar I generally use Brazilian for the headplate and the bridge (often the bindings too). It helps if it matches the bridge. Best wishes, Joshua |
